**Ripoff Report Submission**
Subject: Urgent Action Required: Egregious Violations by State Farm Fire and Casualty Company
We are reaching out to highlight the alarming violations of our rights and privacy perpetrated by State Farm Fire and Casualty Company. We recently received a new refusal to resolve this matter amicably from State Farm's legal team, dated February 6, 2025, in which they persistently deny any responsibility for the major breaches of our corporate policy information.
We have submitted substantial evidence in support of our claims to The Ohio Department of Insurance, including sworn testimony and video recordings. Despite our continued efforts to address these violations, State Farm has consistently ignored our rights and the stipulations laid out in the Ohio Revised Code.
We specifically wish to draw your attention to the following serious breaches:
1. **Unauthorized Disclosure**: State Farm disclosed our corporate claim information to an unauthorized third party, resulting in the complete loss of our business assets.
2. **Violation of Privacy Rights**: State Farm unlawfully shared our sensitive corporate claim information with individuals not listed on the policy, without obtaining prior written consent from the policyholder.
3. **Discriminatory Treatment**: During the claims process, State Farm made defamatory and derogatory statements regarding my physical appearance, showcasing discriminatory practices.
These actions are in direct violation of Ohio law, which mandates that any individual must be either listed on the policy or have written consent before the disclosure of private corporate claim information. We request to have this matter featured on your platform
As a business owner, I am profoundly disappointed by State Farm's refusal to settle this matter outside of court, particularly after providing ample evidence of serious privacy violations and breaches of our rights. Their willful disclosure of our confidential corporate claim information to unauthorized parties is unacceptable. More than two years ago, we reported multiple serious incidents to State Farm, notably the unauthorized sharing of sensitive corporate claim details with individuals not listed on our policy nor obtained any written consent or permission from any of the members of our company.
Despite clear admissions from State Farm’s agent Jeff Lambert our former agent's admission to privacy breaches he committed, and other involved parties, State Farm continues to neglect their obligations, leading to devastating consequences for our company—including a second burglary that occurred while we held an active policy.
We were misled into believing we had not made a claim when, in fact, their online platform prevented us from doing so. State Farm’s negligence has forced us to pursue legal action, despite having previously provided copious evidence highlighting these serious violations in Fulton County Court. The complaint identifies the individual that State Farm shared our information with as responsible for the significant losses to our business assets and the mishandling of sensitive private information.
We find State Farm’s lack of accountability and responsibility staggering. Their actions have resulted in significant financial losses, including the loss of business property containing sensitive information about our customers. We are particularly alarmed by the identity theft cases currently being pursued against us by several previous customers, which we believe stem from State Farm’s negligence.
The blatant lack of accountability from State Farm is disheartening, and their responses reflect a discriminatory attitude and bad-faith practices. Furthermore, the defamatory statements directed at me personally, along with false accusations of insurance fraud and breaches of contract, only serve to underscore the racial discrimination we have faced.

If this was some random person not affiliated with you in some way, how did they have the claim number? And why would State Farm be liable for something someone else did? As far as the alleged defamation, you obviously have no idea what defamation is. Saying you are dressed in a trashy way is a statement of opinion and it appears to have been made in a private email. A statement of opinion that is stated privately cannot be defamation.
