State Farm refuses to pay from within the policy for the stolen property from inside the shed. We are being treated very unfairly here. We deserve to have the money that is covered from under the insurance policy and they already said it was covered. But tosha crane is refusing to let it be paid from under the policy. State Farm is doing a bad faith claim.
We are wwrongfully being denied payment from under the insurance policy. They just don't want to have to spend our anymore money because they are finding out what a B***** mike long is and he is not willing to pay them they're $6,000 plus the $1,000 deductable. This is a "Bizarre" situation why they will not pay for the stolen property which is consider a loss from under the insurance policy. They are refusing to do the right thing.
They can go after long but the reason why they want pay because they are having to fight long because he's not willing to give over the money for the property damage of $6,000. And state farm is refusing to give us the money to cover our losses.
Why did they pay $5,000 for the property damage. I think it would still be the same in with the stolen property which they are fighting not to pay. The reason is they're finding what a difficult B****** is. It would be nearly $10,000 state farm will have to pay and they don't want to have to wait 1 year to get they're money back.
We deserve to have our property replaced.

Statefarm is nothing but a bunch of liars. Their is some reason why they will not sue the other parties insurance to recover the $8,000 they paid me for my damage. Now they lie to me saying their is not enough evidence to take them to court. Well i filed a police report they paid me $8.000 they sent two people to take pictures of my driveway and yard, a adjuster and paid a engineer $2,000 just to take some more pictures. Yet some how thay isn't enough evidence to sue the other parties engineer.
There is something not right with this picture, they claim it was my fault it was a repoe for my shed. Well that does not give the person who i was leasing the shed to me to steal my property and damage my drive way and my yard because i was struggling financially which is why i got behind on the lease payments. BUT NOBODY HAS ANY MERCY ON YOU.
