We bought a modular home from Statewide modular which we love, but have had several problems which we told Bruce Goodstein and Dominic who are the owners but nobody ever contacts us. We have paid in full for the completion and have called the office several times (at least 10) that we have an outside resepticle that still doesn't work, the master bedroom floor has a noticeable dip where the 2 modular boxes meet, and we are still getting water in the basement from the bilco basement doors that are either not installed or sealed properly. We also had several light fixtures stolen that we had to replace again, and paint that one of the workers Brian took the reciepts and said we would be reimbursed, which we have not.
My husband called this past Friday and told the girl that he doesn't want to get an attorney involved so please correct the problems, which are really nothing major but need to be fixed. They in general are nice people but terrible with customer service in getting the house done in a timely manner and communication with the customer. The house was set 11/19/2002!!!

statewide modular, i would like to take a few minutes of your time. we had read some negative information on your web site about problems with buying a home. First of all, if any person thinks when you build a new home or buy a preowned home that there are no problems that occur during the process, must be 1st time home owners and have no experience on building or buying. i have never and I mean never met anyone that had a smooth ride, reaguardless if it was your company or others out there. people who make such negative and harsh remarks, especially the ones on your site, have nothing better to do with there time than complain about petty stuff. These people who have a beautiful HOME do not appreciate anything. last week i had drove by the home, that supposedly had problems. people please give it up! your home is beautiful. my wife and I live in Manchester and built a 3100 sq ft home with statewide modular. we didn't have any problems besides your nooks and crannies that everyone has. our home is absolutely gorgeous. we can't even begin to tell you how many people have approached us just from the street to comment about it. statewide not only produced a beautiful home, but they found 1 to fit nicely in our budget as well. one that we didnt even expect we could afford. statewide modular put plenty of time, hard work,and dedication into our home as well as our family needs. as for our home it already has doubled in price, and it is everything we could ever dream of!!! statewide modular has been a excellent experience for us. we plan on buying one again real soon from them. please feel free for anyone to come past our home in manchester to see what the final outcome of sucess is!!! In closing statewide we would like to thank you personally for making all of our dreams come true. Best of luck with much more sucess!! WE LOVE OUR HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would just like to respond to "BRIDGET". . I have bought 2 homes from Statewide Modular and I have been COMPLETELY SATISFIED! They did cater to every need that I had and made sure that my home was Perfect! It is unfortunate that you would bark such a bad rap about them. They are A+ in customer service and I had my second home done within 9 weeks!! How about that. You can't build any home that quickly or afordale. The home is worth the wait in a million ways. I have trippled my net with STATEWIDE MODULAR an now my daughter is looking to purchase from them. t is a Pleasure! Thank you!
