They take the call as Statewide Recovery and will take credit card numbers and set up a payment plan. This is Statewide Recovery Group, a Staten Island company. Statewide Recovery is both an LLC and an AKA of Dressler & Associates. Dressler & Associates "Delivery of Service" or DOS is Daniel DELIA who is Managing Partner of Capitol Management Holdings. The tie in is Daniel, who buys the loans and sell them to Statewide Recovery (the aka of Dressler that he's attached to). How he sells a loan to himself, I don't know, but that's not important. The important part is that's the man behind ALL calls that come from Statewide Mediation Firm, the nonexistent company that EXTORTS money from it's victims. Statewide Recovery is designed to go POOF; into thin air as soon as the heat is too much. That leaves Dressler with the money. From there, I don't care. It would be nice to see someone like that go to jail for EXTORTION in every state that it's committed in. If a Statewide call lands on a victim on Wilshire, and Olympia, then it;s up to LAPD. If it lands on the corner of (Pay attention) Amboy and Nelson, then it's up to the 122 Precinct to deal with them. A small amount of litigation insulation, but NO CRIMINAL insulation.
