Stauer, LLC Nextten False Advertising and Incredibly Cheap Products Burnesville Minnesota

Scammer deceives by false advertising and bait-and-switch.  The necklace we bought earlier this month turned out to be a scam.  Ad we believed states, "The intricate metalwork seen here is Italian Byzantine design at its best. Covered in 18K yellow gold, the traditional woven design crescendos slightly at the center for a breathtaking performance. "  

I ordered the 18K GOLD FINISHED STERLING SILVER ARIA NECKLACE, ITEM # 34388 .  We planned to give the necklace to my mother-in-law.  Now I don't have a gift for her.  When we opened up the box last week, we discovered we had been ripped off. There is "silver" coming through the surface on the higher edges.  The manufacturing is very amateurish and rough. 

The heft of this necklace feels like it is plastic! It is a terribly-manufactured item, and certainly not of the look shown in the advertisement and internet promotional photos. And the "silver" has a sort of rainbow shine, looks like stainless steel, very CHEAP!  Repeated requests to customer service resulted in form replies and no service nor attention.  Tried to return for refund but have not been successful because of customer service negligence or lack of attention.
