I ran into this business while searching for a combined room/cruise shuttle/parking solution.  I booked a package, provided my credit card info, and promptly got an email indicating that they had my request.  A few days later, they took a deposit.  I was concerned that they hadn't sent me a confirmation a week later so I called.  The response I got was "sorry, that hotel is full."  Really?  I have to track you down to find out that the booking you accepted and took a deposit for wasn't available and you couldn't contact me with that information in 8 days?  Run, don't walk, away from these people.  Now I no doubt get to fight with them about getting a refund.
