steak n shake never work here they dont know how to treat their employees, i been a employee here just about a decade and its horrible. st louis Missouri

i been @ new hallsferry steak n shake in st louis mo. for just about an decade, i know how to do everything, from training from running shifts it's nothing that i can't do there. this place is so not fair to their employees, they don't give you vacation pay, nor holiday pay but there open all of the holidays, they work you like a slave , only way you going to get a good position and make it up in this company is that the manager's have to like you , its a very immature place to work @ this company is basically for a high school student or a person thats looking for a second job, its not just this location its that whole company itself that treat you like s***, the reason i haven't left yet is because i have a family to take care of but im tired of using that, im done this year with this company, i then had it up too here, last but not lease i start off with full time when i first started this company but since last year that all went down now just to remind you i been @ this company for a little of a decade now  they cut me down to part time right along with other employees that been there for so long, they give the gm the option to pick 6 people and you know how that turn out he pick his 6 favorable people which i think to make it fair corporate should have pick them, so they cut all these people to part time that was full time, now how you suppose to make it with that little pay to accommodate your family needs, you cant even afford health care, but that's alright cause when you do people like that, nothing good come out of that. so this year i want to say bye bye steak n shake i waisted too much time with this company. my career starts this year with a job that will appreciate me and honor my work and have  fairness treatment towards their employees, it use to be a great company to work for years ago but not no more, it really gonna to go down once their long time employees leave. good luck steak n shake!!!!
