I was Promised 5 photo shoots for $1,500 over the period of a year by Chuck Coleman.  That is $300/shoot which was to include: Makeup, hair, styling and posing.... an 'Experience' he said.

He picked 3 outfits for me for our first shoot in Virginia Beach in June of 2014.  I recieved images of only two outfits and none of the images were edited.  The only 'Edited' images were posted to Facebook and unuseable for printing.  My next shoot was in Salem, Oregon.  Two more outfits were chosen and shot.  Again, I did Not receive edited images.  My third shoot was in Houston, Texas.  Another 2 outfits were shot.  Months later, after much Stress and Drama created by him not doing what he was hired to do, I received one outfit of images.  Again, NO edited images.  This was my last shoot with him.  He is in violation of the agreed 5 shoots.

Myself and Another client (who did NOT receive any images for the money she paid) have taken him to court and won.  He owes us money and refuses to pay.  There is Another case from years ago that is in collections and has built up to about $5000, he claims "Hardship" to avoid paying.  He has the Gaul to speak against us and insinuate we have wronged him.  We PAID him for a service, he has NOT delivered.  I am one of 20 women he has wronged and violated.  I know these women personally Now because He brought us together by his actions.  We did not know each other previously.  He has been doing this for Over 6 years.  He Owes the IRS but lies to them saying he has only been in business for 3 months...

He uses Facebook to advertise and gain more victims.  By doing this he can block you and then speak against you as if you have done something wrong.  He sells a concept but it is just a Con to him.  He lies and contradicts himself regularly in order to justify his actions.  It's what he did with me.

I paid him with my CC through PayPal, however because of the amount of time that had passed I could not get my money back.
