in 2011 i was called upon by Jeff Clark Innovative concrete to build a custom dump trailer painted orange. After numerous conversations we agreed on specific trailer to fit his needs.
He informed me that he was getting financing from stearns bank and his bank rep Guy Schwichtenberg, would contact me with payment details and paperwork for them as leinholder.
I specified that a 50% deposit is required, balance upon completion.
Guy sent me paperwork for the purchase listing them as the leinholder and also the 50% deposit required to proceed with build of Innovative Concretes dump trailer.
Approx. 6-14.11 i received the deposit and began build, we built trailer and delivered 7-19-11 to Jeff Clark Innovative Concrete when my driver arrived Jeff Clark was stressed over paint being soft (was painted day before) and would not sign the drivers "Acceptance of delivery" form unless i guaranteed paint for 1 year and faxed to Guy Schwichtenberg stearns bank before i could get balance due. I agreed and sent to Guy to get balance due on trailer.
I then contacted Guy Schwichtenberg Stearns bank to make sure he received acceptance form with additional paint warranty, he stated he did, but, Jeff Clark hasn't given him the ok to release funds as he didn't accept the trailer.
on 7-20-11 Jeff Clark Innovative concrete registered his new trailer as soon as the tax collectors office opened and put it to work.
I contacted Jeff Clark he told me he wasn't going to pay me the balance due approx $3000 I then contacted Guy Schwichtenberg Account Manager for Stearns Bank for whom is the leinholder he stated he will not send fund until Jeff Clark Innovative Concrete told him to do so.
What a rip off!! Here i did what i was supposed to do, have an agreement from these crooks and they never paid me!!
Don't trust Guy Schwichtenberg stearns bank for anything.....they got away easy as did the thief Jeff Clark Innovative concrete..
Over 3 years and still never been paid.
