Steebar, LLC This company accepted an order over the internet and failed to deliver following payment. Internet

I placed an order over the internet with Steebar, LLC for some replacement clock inserts, and paid for them plus shipping via PayPal.  Two weeks later their website still says my order status is "awaiting shipment".  I have sent emails to their contact listed on their website with no answer.  I have tried to call the number their website indicates as being for customer service, at first it just rang and rang, then after several attempts the phone number was answered by a fax machine link tone.  Steebar accepted my order, received my money, and failed to deliver.  Steebar does not return communication attempts - this company is a scam!
