Steel Bridge Medical handled an online order through myhealthweightloss.net for a "free" 14 day supply of Hoodia with green tea. My order was delivered on the 14 day of the free trial, without having so much as a day to try it. AND the 14 day free trial is bogus because they charged me for another month's supply on the 14th day. THESE PEOPLE ARE RIPOFF ARTISTS.
I ordered a free 14 day supply of Hoodia with green tea for only the shipping charges of 6.95. It was ordered on the 3rd day of the month, charged to my account on the 10th and I received it on the 17th. THEN on the 17th another charge of 46.00 was posted to my debit card.
When I called the company to cancel my account and ask for a refund of the extra month charged, they said no. I argued that I didn't get the 14 day supply until the 14th day AND today should have been within my 14 day grace period. I was told the 14 day supply is the 14 day grace period and it was too late. Does this make sense to anyone?
There was no email, invoice enclosed, phone number or website to contact this company, nothing noted on the product. They hide their identity.
There is no time allowed to sample the product, you receive the product way too late.
You are charged for another month's supply of the product on the 14th day of the "grace period".
WHY would myhealthweightloss.net feature a product from such a company? Very disappointing!
After the above....I have very serious doubts it will work.
Steel Bridge Medical and myhealthweightloss.net website are ripoff artists! Take my advice and read the other reports posted to this website on Steel Bridge Medical, it is true. Wish I had checked them out first. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EITHER!
