My husband and I were considering building a Quonset-hut home on some land we had just bought in July 2017. My husband began researching the cost of a steel structure. The sales agent at Steel Master had my husband convinced we had to make a quick decision because he had a shipment going out and could save us $900 if we signed the contract. We had a three day grace period to cancel and on the fourth day, we realized this wasn't going to work for us and we tried to cancel. They would not refund the $1365 deposit we made. We have two small children and are hard-working people who could not afford to take this loss. No matter what we did, they refused to refund the money. This company makes a huge profit by taking advantage of consumers with their high-pressure sales tactics!
