Stefano Reiser - Miami Stone District Provides grossly inaccurate delivery dates and cannot provide material to match what was approved! Miami Florida

Stefano has proven to be all about over-promising and under-delivering and will find every possible way to disappoint.  Purchasing material from him is the biggest possible mistake anyone can make.  He is excellent at speaking confidently and convicing others of his ability to step up to the plate but he is completely inept and unable to even make contact with the ball.  He constantly provides grossly inaccurate delivery dates and disappears for weeks when the material doesn't arrive as promised.  For one material, he promised a delivery in 12-14 weeks and it actually ended up taking 24 weeks and was the wrong material altogether!  We allowed him 2 additional deliveries to provide the proper material to replace it and he was unable to do so.  It got to a point that we had to accept the last material even though it didn't match the control sample because we had run out of time.  For another material purchased from him, he could not provide the proper material and we were forced to spend an additional $35,000 to refinish it.  It took a lot to get me to write this report as I don't think he has bad intent but I don't want anyone else to have to endure the pains of working with him.  Good luck!
