I ordered a popcorn maker from Steinhausen Overnight on 12/13/08 as a Christmas present for my wife. Steinhausen's website claim, "WE ARE THE ONLY POPCORN FACTORY THAT USES FED EX FOR YOUR SHIPPING COMPANY!". We expected the popcorn maker well before Christmas. Christmas came and went and we never received the popcorn maker. After PayPal sent the payment to this company, I did not hear from them until I sent a barrage of threatening emails and made a few phone calls. On 12/30/08, I finally received an email from David Long stating that the popcorn maker would be sent to me during the first week of Jan. My wife was getting impatient so she searched Steinhausen online and found a report on this site. The Ripoff Report from Elizabeth from Oakville, Ontario saved us almost $400. I then realized, as her report stated, that David Long tries to string people along with promises of shipping until the PayPal deadline for filing a claim is past and the purchasher loses their money. Thank you Ripoff Report, I was willing to believe the lies and wait to receive my merchandise that would never have come.

Note:I reviewed my PayPal claim and Steinhausen never replied to the dispute, they just returned the payment to PayPal.
