I had purchased 2 tickets from stellartickets.com through my credit card.I purchased celine dion tickets and when my friend and i got there we couldn't get in.
They said the tickets had already been used that day and we had just came in to the door.they asked if we went out and we said no.we had just arrived they said we couldn't go in they were already used i looked on the ticket it was for the date we wanted.
that was okay but the name on the tickets were wrong.it should have been my name but instead it was someone else's name, so we didn't get to see it.it was for my friends birthday present.I was very disappointed.
I have tried to reach them stellar tickets but they won't return my calls.
if there could be a way to get my money back that would be great thank you.
