Bought a couple of boat parts to this company www.stemtostern.com. After the purchase was made I recieved a mail saying that the order was in process. Still 3 month later I have no notice of this company. About a month ago I called the company, for like the 1000th time, and a answering machine tells me that the comany was moving, and that they changed their phone number. I am still calling the company and still no answer and no parts.

The contact information Luis documented in his report which you rebutted is the information that is given to you when you call the contact information listed on the web site. Their number has obviously changed and they have not updated their site. It is unfortunate, both numbers seem to be terminated. I think there is some serious concern here, there is no way to contact this company? No response from email attempts either.

To Luis from Alexandria, VA who added a rip-off report to your website...
please go to www.stemtostern.com for their new location and phone numbers. They are different from the phone number that you listed on your rip off complaint.
The business had been in the same location for a long time and needed to move desperately. As in any business move, please be patient. They are still in business and they are still in Madison.
