Stemoderm Beautebelle,Allin1 skin,Endureyth deceptive,unprofessional,"too bad for you haha attitude I ordered and never rec'd "products to test" and my Credit card has been charged agreed upon S&H charges and THEN I was charged$169.95,$179.98 and$191.83!! I have contacted all three companies and was told outright too bad, our delivery co. (DHL and Canada Post) states I did receive delivery however after more than a dozen calls to company and delivery co. Nationwide

I was rudely informed no way to refund I have and rec'd notice from DHL that I signed for this I DID NOT they could NOT produce a signature (because there was none) and then they sent confirmation it Was rec'd and signed for BUT it is not my name/signature and to support my case I was in fact out of town and provided proof of same. The companies charging offered me a "CONDITIONAL partial refund (all of $110) ONLY with the required sign off that I would take no further action, would not attempt a reversal/charge back with my Credit Card provider and in accepting agree I am fully responsible for remainder of charges and any additional amounts they need to charge!! Did NOT accept this "conditional partial refund and conditions they outlined!! I will be taking this further and have contacted all companies cancelling any and all correspondence, offers and unauthorized use of my credit card! My financial institution was even aware of the SCAM these companies are attempting and getting away with in far too many cases! I plead with all of you to avoid ANY "promotional offers","samples" or even the urge to "try these products at no charge" if you return package within 30 days! Impossible to do when you don't receive it, cancelled all dealings with them and on top of all of this they bounce you back and forth to their Customer Service Dept.(I feel they no nothing of the word and actions of SERVICE and the companies contracted for deliveries. They (DHL & Canada Post) avoid taking any ownership at all and try to refer you back to their client that tell me they are Not accountable for LOST, STOLEN, PRODUCTS NEVER REC'D! None of this makes any sense to me as well, the (lack of follow-up is unprofessional, undesirable and shady!! Please, if you see any of the companies mentioned do NOT accept ANY offers what so ever!! Be on the lookout for LIFECELL products too (sold through South Beach Skin Care as they are a total scam as well. I hope this will prevent any others from fallling VICTIM to these UNPROFESSIONAL Companies and promotions! Any comments or feedback from those that fell for this too is welcomed! .)
