Stenger and Stenger Garnishes my bank account when they feel I'm not paying much even though I pay agreed amount every month. Grand Rapids Michigan

This law firm abuses people's personal bank accounts and jobs whenever they want. I'm a single mom with two toddlers, I get no child support and I'm between jobs. We agreed on a set amount that I can afford every month and I pay it every month. Anytime they feel that it's not enough, they garnish my bank account which always has the exact amount that I hustle to get rent and bills paid every month. They screwed me over 3 times so far and I've been to court with them 3 times.

The first two times, the judge released the garnishment because it showed that there was no reason to do it but this third time, the judge told me first hand that it would be released then later on Stenger and Stenger lied and said that I didn't pay even though we agreed that I would pay at the end of January and now the judge signed in their favor and I'm out rent money again! I'm am so tired of their evilness! Someone needs to do something about them.
