Beware of Stennett Cyril - i rented a car which he was supposed to use for 2 - 3 days to finalize collateral he was using to assist with a loan a group of us were seeking. To clarify our group was seeking money - Stennett supposedly had collateral in the form of hundreds of thousands of dollars in professional recording equipment in a studio in LA.
Stennett was to use the car to go to LA and supervise the shipping of the equipment to the person providing the loans. Instead he claimed to be in LA - then, Nevada, Then, an emergencydiverted him to San Diego - needed to help his wife ex-wife) and kids (which turned out not to be his wife or kids) . It took over a month and cost me $8,000 to get him to return the Hertz rental car.
Lots of scam stuff on the internet about him now. Beware.

I was probably one of his first victims in NY along with a couple other people I know. Though my story is more similar to the other scams about him. It was an investment scam which he took our money and ran. Was he in Vegas when this happened to you? That's the last I knew if his whereabouts...that and he was arrested in Florida in 2012 or something . Would be interested to find out if any of us has a case together.
