On Dec. 13,2005 I won an auction on e-bay for a trip to Jamaica at Sandals Montego Bay Resort. After winning the auction I paid with paypal $2,000.00 & sent a money order to Step Travel for $200.00. Received an e-mail from Step Travel it was a reservation confirmation e-mail.
It stated that Step Travel had made the reservation thru Delta Vacations for May 6,06 thru May 11,06. I was told that I would receive my tickets about 1 week before departure. But my wife decided to call & check with Delta Vacations & was told that the reservation was made & cancelled the same day. Funny isn't it Step Travel made the reservation emailed it to us then cancelled it.
We trusted this company with our vacation. DON'T GET FOOLED LIKE US!!!!! We have been e-mailing the company & calling all of the phone #s.
I did get one call back & he told me that he was out of town & he would be back May 3,06. Still no call to straighten this out. I would like to get my money back since I did'nt get my vacation I paid for. I will be reporting this company to Better Business Bureau of Tennessee & the Attorney General's office in Tennessee.
