A Blog Tool Kit was supposed to be sent to me as part of my 30 day Trial Membership. The Blog Tool Kit was never sent. My Credit Card was billed $39.95 for unspecified services.

Eventually I called the Business Licencing Department of the Henderson, Nevada City Government and found out that "BlogToolKit.com" and it's parent corporation "Home Business Administration" was not licensed to do business in Henderson, Nevada. Both corporations are registered in Nevada as Limited Liability Corporations and as such do not report income under their corporate identities.

The City of Henderson, Nevada Business Licensing Department Licensing Officer (702-267-1730/FAX 702-267-1701/Complaints 702-267-1724) visited the Corporate Office of BlogToolKit.com and informed them they were required to license their business entities operating out of their office in Henderson, Nevada and told them to refund all charges made against my credit card.

I subsequently received a telephone call from "Matt" who said my credit card charges were being refunded. Any complaints about BlogToolKit.com or it's parent entity should be directed to the Licensing Officer in Henderson, Nevada.

I am also contacting the IRS to make sure the business entities operating out of the Henderson, Nevada address are filing tax returns under the registered owners name. I can be contacted at my toll free number(((REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))).

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome! I had the same problems with Blogtoolkit.com

AUTHOR: Tammy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, August 30, 2007

I had the same problem. I was charged on July 29th 2007 and had never received my "free" toolkit. I called the company and complained and she said they would ship the toolkit again and did not understand why I did not receive it. I also asked her to credit my card until I could at least look at the toolkit to make sure it's something that I thought I could do and was worth the membership. She did credit my card within a couple of days, but did give me a little hassle. Today is August 30th and was charged again and still never received a toolkit. I called again only to get a rude customer service rep. She said that she could not give a refund and they would try to ship the kit out again. I then asked her the name of the owner of the company. As she stumbled her words a little, she responded that she could not give out any of that information because of security purposes. I then told her then you need to just cancel my membership, because I had just lost all trust in her company.

I asked if Blogtoolkit was a part of another company and she seemed like she did not want to answer and then said no. I told her I needed a refund because I was very unsatisfied with the customer service I was receiving. She said that she could not. I then said that they sounded like a scam and she said that they were not a scam. I asked then why I couldn't have the name of the owner? I got the same answer as before, "security purposes". I then told her that I would be contacting the proper authorities to report them, then I asked to speak to her supervisor. She said that she would check to see if she was not too busy to speak with me. What? She came back on the line and said that her supervisor was too busy to speak with me, but was authorizing her to refund the charge and she would cancel my account. Yep, they got rid of me. I don't think they wanted me contacting the authorities and blowing there system out of the water. What a joke of a "company." Anyone know who owns this company?

AUTHOR: Stephen - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 05, 2007

BlogToolKit.com (aka: Home Business Administration, LLC), 701 N. Green Valley Parkway, Suite 200, Henderson, NV 89074 (1-800-644-7944) also failed to send me a "Blog Tool Kit" as part of their obligation of my "MEMBER" 14-day free trial. When I called the telephone number listed on their website I reached an answering service in the Philippines. I was told they would reship the Blog Tool Kit (as promised 3 months previously) but would not refund the three months of charges ($39.95 x 3 = $119.85) for their unspecified member services explained in their 14-day trial membership Blog Tool Kit. Subsequently I contacted the Licensing Division of the City of Henderson and discovered Home Business Administration and BlogToolKit.com were operating outside city regulations in that they were not licensed to do business in Henderson. Subsequently the Liensing Division Officer I have had telephone contact with has obtained a subpoena for records and is widening his investigation of these business entities, their corporate officers and their legal status as Limited Liability Corporations. (LLC's). I have also written to the IRS and FBI regarding payment of taxes and internet fraudand to the Arizona Department of Justice, Henderson PD and Henderson District Attorney with whom I am filing complaints for internet fraud.
