Stephen Snyder Life After Bankruptcy Ripped off by the supposed Bankruptcy Guru Internet

Stephen Snyders Independent Junior Partner program (IJP on the contract, JP in literature) is a business opportunity for people with financial problems and little business experience.  Stephen conveniently accepts monthly payments.  Of course
this is not the first time he misrepresented his goods and services, but through his JP program he sold a bunch of Brooklyn Bridges.   Heres how it works:

Stephen Snyder created  territories where JPs would help others by selling them products to improve their credit after
bankruptcy.  The JPs were to receive warm leads (Stephen Snyder seminar attendees) from Stephen and then receive a commission on all products sold.

I was one of those duped into buying a territory by Snyder. He also promised that something in terms of seminars, webinars or books was coming soon. After a year and a half of this nonsense, I realized I was taken for a ride by Snyder. He never delivered on anything he promised but he was only too happy to accept the $500 down-payment for each territory.

I have repeatedly asked for my money back based on his non-performance on the terms of the contract but have been consistently ignored. He has "generously" offered to resell my territory to some other unwitting victim.
Naturally I have refused that as I don't want to be party to continuing this scam
