I orderd 8 cornhole bags 6/15/09. They were supposed to be shipped in 48 hrs. Today is 6/23/09 - still no cornhole bags. I have called Stephanie Marsillett REPEATEDLY DAILY for a week. I have left her 3 detailed messages. Her mailbox was full for 3-4 days - which tells me that other innocent consumers are trying to reach her as well! I left her another message just this morning. Still - no returned call from Stephanie Marsillett. My kids anxiously look for their cornhole bags every afternoon when we get home, but each day are disappointed, as well as myself. My 11yr. old son tells me, "Mama, I think you've been scammed". Unfortunately, it seems that he's right. We're from the south where weekend family functions are frequent & quality family time is treasured. We couldn't play cornhole this past Sunday - no bags. We have a family cookout this Saturday - will Stephanie Marsillett deliver my 8 cornhole bags, or will my children miss out on a good game of cornhole again? My advice: buy elsewhere for cornhole accessories.

Customer has received bags and is happy. I spoke with the customer and explained that orders ship as soon as possible if the colors they purchase are in stock. Due to large demands on my bags it is hard to tell when colors will be out of stock until time of shipments and then more bags are made to replenish inventory. Customer did try to contact Steph's Bags but I am a mom I was out of town for my son and not able to take calls which made the customer become worried about her order. Steph's Bags is a legit and true company and goes the extra mile to take care of their customers.
