 William Sherak, Aaron Parry and STEREO D LLC. Have been reported to the IRS for FRAUD, Criminal Tax Evasion, CORPORATE KICKBACKS etc. This can 100% be verified by calling the IRS.

I worked for Stereo D. I personally have seen John Kilkenny (Fox Studios), Victoria Alonso (Marvel Studios) accept "PERKS" from William Sherak. Aaron took part in providing the "Perks".

I wittnessed conference calls between William and Aaron with Kevin Feige and Lous D'Espisito of Marvel Studios. Kevin and Louis stated they will NO LONGER use Stereo D LLC on MARVEL Films.  Victoria Alonso was reprimanded and they had a "parting of the ways" with  Wes Sewell.

William personally spoke with Alan Fine, Joe Quesada and Alan Perlmutter at MARVEL ENTERTAINMENT. Several weeks later William "JOKED and made "fun of" about Kevin and Louis.  They were unsucessful in pushing Stereo D out.

I saw other reports online about John Kilkenny at fox. All I can saw about his is that William has him 100% in his back pocket.
