She is calling on behalf of the Academy at Ivy Ridge, a school for "behavioral modification" for "troubled teens" which has since been declared a fraud by the courts in NY. I will paste later the links. We have pulled out our daughter from there when we became suspicious about their being "recognized" by the state and we couldn't find their name on the list. Also, their "education" is just by computer, there are no real teachers, and if there are, we need to see if they are qualified.

Anyway, the first time she called last month I offered $50.00/month but she was giving me a hard time, threatened me and my wife at work, and was just nasty. She is not trying to work out a solution and besides, we are still saddled with a loan of over $15,000 for useless education or credits taken there, plus the fact that our daughter had to retake everything. How can this happen? It's just mind-boggling.

This school is playing to be a big bully after victimizing us, and how can we pay? I don't have a job right now and we are supporting both our parents abroad, one whose leg had just been amputated the other with heart problems, problems come in bundles. This school needs to pay up - it's not for us to continue giving them money. The state should close it!
