Sterling Autobody dishonest and horrible work! Ripoff! Missouri City Texas

Where do I begin? They picked my car up from my job location to perform repairs that I received in an accident. Upon arriving at their facility, they called me and stated that my car had damage on the right side near the door (The damage from the wreck was on the front left bumper). They told me that this damage was already on my car when they picked it up. They didn't want to fix the damage that I knew they had done in route to their facility.

Therefore, I called the headquarters and made some much needed noise and they changed their opinions and reluctantly fixed my car. Since then, I've had to take my car back there 3 times because the paint has peeled off. As recently as today, I had to take it back because the paint is peeling and they are now telling me that it is a rock chip. A rock chip that ripples all through the paint. I don't think so. I remember the day I took my car there.

There was a gentlemen who was complaining about his paint job. I should have taken that as a warning and looked someone where else for a shop that can at least paint a car correctly the first time. Don't take your car to this shop or any Sterling Autobody. Their work is just not quality in nature and again, they don't warranty their work. They are horrible!!!
