Okay, update!

Some of us that gave this man money cannot afford lawyers to sue him for money that we may or may not get. I tried to be a good Christian and reason with this snake, and was able to retrieve a small portion of my money back, but to no avail he is a slithering SOB. I had this man in my house, and he knows my situation, SAHM of 4 children and he smiled in my face and said that he could work in off doing stuff around the house, which was fine, but this dirty SOB is a coward. He stated that he wanted to be a good Christian and not hide behind the bankruptcy, and he even included his daughter who called my husband preaching about how he is a good man.

Blah, Blah, Blah. You have four children, sir, and you are a terrible person, and you better hope that they don't grow up to be just like you. Standing in my foyer, looking like you are near death. Karma is something and it doesn't stop at you only Sir. I have sent all of your information everywhere, the Attorney General, BBB, and other sites and even went to the police. All of this will catch up with you, and when it does...... My husband came by your house from Bizpedia to talk and you called the police like we hadn't spoken before. You are a dirty snake taking advantage of a young family. Menards you should be embarrased for giving his number to us before checking him out. You even stoop so low and try defrauding Munster schools, the kids. He is lower than low.

 Hello Ms Theresa, I would love to connect w you and hear more of your experience w Wayne Hermansen of Sterling Construction. I hope that your family's money is returned a sap in full. My family is also victim of this man. I have reason to believe from my research and personal experience that Wayne is trying to buy your time w another excuse or good story. Please remember he is a good salesman w a good mouthpiece. I would love to see his police report on the person that allegedly screwed him in addition to having him provide receipts, financial reports for the many of thousands of dollars he is robbing people of. I hope you don't end up disappointed. Although, he owes us money my goal is have the law get to the truth. This man needs to be off the streets. Being sick or if someone took advantage of him does not give him the right away to continually rob and defraud others. The more research I do the more people I connect with that have the same story as ours. The victims of Wayne are getting together to bring this man to the law in hopes of protecting future victims.  Mr. Hermansen has been talking to my husband personally and is working with him to get our money back in increments. He looks and sounds to be in a bad way and trusted the wrong people and got burned. I am willing to work with him as long as his end of the bargain is continuously being upheld.
