i was hired as a day worker by grant bingham of sterling king general contracting to paint a house when the job was completed he said that it wasn't done to his satifaction but he was there everyday saying that i was doing a good job and that he would pay me $150. a day at first everything was fine we payed me on the first week to the some of $1110 on the second week he said that there was no money and that the home owner was unhappy with the job and that he was not going to pay me but i was not the only person on the job he hired two other painter to come in and help out to finish the job and as far as i know they got payed he now owes me for over 7.5 day to the some of $1,125 plus my helper $340 iv called him several times and when he findly answered he said that he was not going to pay me
