 This person is a classic example of not taking any responsibility for ones actions and complete lack of basic common sense When people pick up my Rv I like to spend time with them going over the functioning of the RV. They insisted they will be fine and that they will be picking up the RV in the middle of the night. One example Someone in their groups flushed a huge wad of toilet paper down the toilet. It got stuck in the toilet and kept the water flushing. Now these geniuses kept using the toilet seeing the water is running non stop. So they fill their sewer tanks and empty out their fresh water tank They get hold of me at bm. I go with them. Organize a sewer truck to come empty out their sewer tanks. I get hold of a truck to come fill the rv with fresh water. Both these things at my cost and they still b***h about it Personal responsibility is so easily forgotten by sum When renting an rv specially for burning man one needs to be able to think on their feet and roll with the punches. Dust gets into stuff and that is just the nature of burning man People need to understand this is not a 5 star hotel vacation. Bm is brutal on people and equipment. Things go wrong and one has to deal with them too Last year dust got into my personal rv generator and I could not use it. It was serviced and ran just fine for the first couple of days. It's just the nature of the beast. I try my very best to take care of my clients. Rest of the stuff in this report is absoloutley BS I would like to see this fellow be a man and get in touch with me and deal with his problems than hide behind a screen. I k ow exactly who this is. How can one forget this whiny a customer. If anyone of you has been in any kind of a service business you will for sure have had one of these fellows

 Whatever you do stay away from a Rv rental business in Wilmington harbor by the name of Oceans 11 Rv rental & storage exact same ordeal except this bozo made it on the channel 4 news.. Stewart silver is his name Google La Rv rental discount channel 4 news vacation nightmare Same thing most likely. These shady people only care about their profits then the safety of the renter's. I was a employee of the place I'm talking about to you it was real bad to see in person..
