Steve Casillas is a very dishonest and unethical Realtor, he has been sued on many occasions. He has worked for many companies throughtout Glendale, Arizona. I cannot go into specifics for this report due to liability reasons. However if you are thinking about listing or buyng a home through him or anyone working with him, please call the Arizona Department of Real Estate @ 602-468-1414 they will tell you about his numerous complaints. Also you may obtain information from the Glendale Board of Realtors (which he is banned from being a member of) @ 623-931-9294. They will also fill you in on his numerous complaints. You may also call the Phoenix Association of Realtors to get a list of complaints @ (602) 246-1012. Good Luck and beware of unethical Realtors. Do your homework before working with any Realtor. Check them out at the numbers listed above.

Yes, I admit to working for 3 Real Estate companies in Arizona in the past 10 years. Not bad for most agents here! And no, I have never been "fired".
As of today, I have serviced over 600 clients in buying or selling homes. Having a few disgruntled clients is not uncommon...especially when dealing with foreclosures. Those complaints with the Arizona Department of Real Estate have been resolved.
I am NOT banned from the Glendale board, and you can call to verify that. I switched from the Glendale board to the Phoenix board by request from the Real Estate company I was working for to provide more agent representation. I am aware of both boards not being happy that you have posted their phone numbers!
And just so other readers know...your complaint comes from Beverly Hills, CA in which I cannot conduct real estate transactions.
