It's interesting how some people will try to 'scare' a company, such as this one, by threats of bringing lawsuits. If your attorneys are telling you that you have a case, I would suggest that you get new attorneys. The very first thing that a person learns in "Bussiness Legal Enviroment" is that Service Providers that provide a forum in which users can post information to are exempt from ANY AND ALL lawsuits arising from posts under federal statutes and codes, to be more precise, the "DMCA".

In the words of Federal Judge Robert J. Kelleher
"First, the "right and ability to control" the infringing activity, as the concept is used in the DMCA, cannot simply mean the ability of a service provider to remove or block access to materials posted on its website or stored in its system.
