Steve Fiske aka Tampa Bay Woman's Newspaper Took Deposit for Wedding Show, Cancelled Show and Won't return the Deposit New Port Richey Florida

Mr. Steve Fiske, publisher of Tampa Bay Woman's Newspaper, invited Wentworth Golf Club in June 2012 to participate in a Palm Harbor Wedding Show that he planned for later that Fall.  He required a $125 refunable deposit that we paid him on June 11, 2012.  Mr. Fiske ended up canceling the show in the fall of 2012.  We requested our deposit be returned.  Mr. Fiske said he would return the money on the many occasions that we contacted him.  He would say, "I'm dropping the check off next week", or "I'm putting it in the mail".  He never sent the money.  After over 4 months of trying to collect and finally a number of successively more threatening emails, we realized that he won't ever send us our money.
