Unfortunately my story is not unlike the rest. I signed up with BCD (who have been around since 1993 and once reputable) in Feb 2009. At first all went well, like others report, Steve Greene was responsive and amiable. Once he had the second payment of three the problems started. Communication was sparse, promises to call never happened, promised equipment/product never arrived, many tall tales got told, and much of my time was wasted, eventually leading to absolutely no communications from the guy at all. As a result, I've had to figure it all out myself (with a bit of help from others in the same situation), costing me extra money, delayed opening, no guidance (which was the point of engaging him) and a whole lot of things to try to recover. I would estimate my losses to this guy at over $50K. Calling around a bit, I know of at least $300K this guy has taken people for in the past year and I've no inside knowledge with more debts I find piling up by the day. I've also found that when I signed up there was no way the guy could complete the contract as most of the key vendors had already cut him off for bad debts. I've also found he has a number of judgments against him for this and allegations of fraud have been made in a number of states. I suspect the law will be catching up with him soon.

His Better Business Bureau rating is 'F' as he does not respond to complaints and there are actually more than the 4 currently listed. He has also had his acceditation revoked for all this.

Don't deal with him. You will lose your money like me.
