This Mr.Steve Johnson called me and said that i owed some $783.00 to cashnet bank, they had all of my information, and they said that if i didnt call them back in three hours to make arraingements for payment then they would have no chioce but to download the case to court and someone from thier office was going to come to my job and pick me up and escort me to jail.

I was informed that i would have to pay over $5000 in court fees and post bail not including what i owe. I called cashnet and was advised that i never had a loan with them and that even she had spoken to someone with a heavy accent claiming she owed money. Her name is michelle and she works in the collections department for cashnet and i never had a loan through them, she was shocked at how far they were taking this scam, but she told me that they never even heard of this company( united legal processing department), they have outside agencies but they are not one of them. I was told to tell them if they call back that i will be filing harrasement charges against them if they didn't stop calling me, and to, let them know that i spoke with casnet and i never had a loan with them.
