Steve landers kia/todd/general.manager less then honest business tactics,will lie to potentially new customer, will make guarantees and then not keep them little rock Arkansas

Steve landers is totally not customer friendly, you can't even get any of the landers on the phone to discuss a problem. Steve landers kia/Todd the general manager/ liar is the most dishonest man I have ever met. Will lie to your face and make you think he is all about selling you a car.

To be totally fair I have a few credit issues on my report and my credit score could be better. With that being said,a female associate of landers kia informed me she had a on site lender who guaranteed me financing. She also stated although my trade was upside down the on site lender would apply the negative equity to my new car purchased. She set me up a appointment with the g/m his name was Todd. I arrived at the dealership and was told by the salesman/Lamar Taylor that he would deal with my wife and me. I told Lamar everything I was told on the phone and he agreed with the lady on the phone. He to said we were guaranteed a deal with just my trade/NO CASH!! We found a Nissan altima and the game was on. Remember the g/m Todd, he and Lamar negotiated a deal we all.agreed on. And Lamar told my wife she had new car. And she was so happy and Lamar told her he was glad he could sell her car. But STOP in steps Todd and he says true we have bought a car. And we have a guaranteed deal and we shook hands and then Todd says"we can t have the car until the next day". I said I thought we had a deal and Todd said we do. HOWEVER we need to wait until the next day because the bank may need a little down payment, maybe 3000.00

Remember the on site lender who guaranteed me financing with only my trade and negative equity to be applied to our new car purchase. We all of the sudden we went from guaranteed to we would have to wait until the next day. What happened to our GUARNTEED FINANCING?

Well now it is the next day and you guessed it,the bank needs 3000.00 down plus my trade. Remem er yesterday Todd just happen to mention "oh you might need 3000.00" to seal the deal. I made several.calls to try and get Todd on the phone so be could explain what happened. Todd would not even talk to me. Lamar Taylor called me but he could explain what happened. A new G/M named Brandon did call and tell me. odd had a family emergency and stepped out. Wow what a original excuse.

I ask several times to speak to steve landers and was denied every time. According to all the landers commercials.they claim HONEST DEALS and customer satisfaction. We that didn't  seem to he the case  here. Landers appears to be know.different then any other car dealer. They appear to say anything to get you in the dealership and then if you are trying to rebuild your credit or you are not a cash buying customer they will tell you anything to get you to leave.

Well Mr. Landers I am know one special and I've made mistakes when it comes to my credit. But I was honest on the front end with your employees and they lied to me. And they lied to me looking right at me and shook my hand. And they did so in front of my brand new 9week old grand daughter. Fantastic ethics.

Mr. Landers its OK someone will give me a chance to re- build my credit and they won't lie to me or vibe me false promises.
