A cleverly worded letter stating that I am a guaranteed winner of $3,900,000.00 & towards the end it takes a turn as an entrant for eligibility if I RUSH $20 to: PMB 370, 26 Railroad Avenue, Babylon, NY 11702.
The envelope was sent via Presorted, First Class U.S. Postage Paid frm Tampa, FL Permit #3311
It was stamped in red ink "PAID & RECORDED" with two hands w/pens on either side with blue circular scribbles & straight 1"line on the right side of envelope.
Below the Company name, handwritten in blue ink pen "Personal" and underlined a stretched out #8 also approximately an inch.
Hope I have provided enough information to get these guys who may have ripped off heaps of illiterate people who aren't hip to these scams. It just goes to show how much EDUCATION U.S. is deprived of compared to the rest of the world. Most people do get ripped off b/c of this very reason & lack of common sense :)
