After years of publishing unverified scam claims and the full text of state and federal lawsuits with personal plaintiff and defendant information, such as home addresses, etc., on his getoutofdebt.org blog website, many of which contained inflammatory and unsubstantiated claims and were subsequently dismissed, he, his wife, Pamela and Myvesta are being sued by Lloyd Ward, Attorney at Law, and his company, Lloyd Ward & Associates P.C., 12655 North Central Exp., Suite. 1000 Dallas, Texas 75243 for more than $3 million. The lawsuit, case # 6:11-cv-00531-LED (accessible via Pacer) was filed in the US District Court, Eastern District of Texas, Tyler Division, on October 7, 2011.
