Steve Utley (COCARE) dishonest FT Lauderdale FLORIDA

Steve Utley is a professional scammer, compulsive lier & he doesn't play fair.
He's a sweet talker that appears to be a nice guy until you have to get paid. he'll promise you the world, then after you do what you agreed to do, everything changes.

I did some Audio visual work at a house Steve's purchase in parkland. The house was wired for HOME AUTOMATION (CRESTRON & LUTRON) He wanted to get the house functional without spending too much money. It took me about three days to tone, and test to make an assessment on what it would cost for him to replace all equipment, install, and program the system. Steve decided not go with the crestron system and he just wanted to do OFF-AIR antenna in all the rooms with TV; so i rewire his entire house to accommodate the changes. brought in a electrician to rewire and install electrical outlet for TV's. i spent a total of two weeks in his house. it's been over eight months and i still haven't gotten paid. the last thing i heard from him is to send the invoice over, so i did; i call him to see when can i come and pickup my check & he doesn't answer his phone nor his text.

This guy steve is the absolute worst i've seen in a long time
the worst part about the whole thing is the bill is $1100.
