Hi, I reside in the United Kingdom and I join with the many others that have been ripped off by this guy - but I am slightly different - I did not get the name rottweiler for nothing.

Please follow MY 17 steps now to get your justice and please be ensured, that this is an action plan that I am following to-date to get my money back, justice for all others and to ensure that Steve Waters otherwise known as Mark hanson - stops what he is doing.

I fisrstly changed my password to my c panel - so that he could no longer access it - this is proof that you need. Also it contains all the email addresses of all the other poor individuals you have helped be scammed by him. (More to that later)

Secondly you need to check all your statments for payment details and ensure that you go to the payment processor that you used. I went to 2CO.com and they have sent him an email giving him 48 hrs to refund me my money otherwise, they have said they will. Ensure that you redirect them to this site, like I did.

Then file your report on here - so that the more the merrier can show that he is a scam artist - I have noticed that he threatens to sue - I invited him to do that and told him that I would have the worlds media with me. I intend to do more with that later.

I joined various traffic sites and I now re-direct them to my own website where I show them how this man ripped me off - I will also provide them with 17 steps - that will not cost them a penny to ensure they get all their money back.

Go direct to your credit card and state that he did not give you the services you paid for. Did you get your daily emails as stated on his website - did any of you get paid out 2 months after joining like 'ART' forget your promises to him about loyalty - did you know that Sonic - the program that he provides you with is illegal? No, I did not, but sadly unfortunately he spammed a major legal firm in Germany with it -how unfortunate for him !

I have a 17 step plan that I will follow until I get my just deserves - my inital money maybe refunded but the time and effort I put into this program has not and until it has - I will follow each step every day...for example did you know that there is a site called ' Internet Crime Complaint Center' well that is one of the first 5 steps of my plan - along with writing to someone on the internet, that is called Steve Waters who has close links with congress....by the way, I am not making threats - I am stating facts...I intend to follow my 17 steps - afterall - Steve Waters told us all how important it is to work every day and nearly all day - did you keep your email addresses that you harvested for him?

Well I did and all my steps are at present being sent to all of the poor individuals that I sent to his site - did you know that if you go onto your ffa page, you are able to get all of the email addresses from there? Well I do and they are also being wrote to...etc...

You see, my main objective is to shut this man down and to obtain legal action against him....I am no a*****e - he is, I am no Idiot - he is but one thing I am is determined to have success and I can assure you my fellow friends, that I will.

Sadly I am not able to put my email address on here - but I am very happy for ripoffreport.com to forward any correspondence to me - so that I can help you.... rip-off report said they would do that.

otherwise please follow-up checking this site weekly for my next steps - let him know how it is to feel to be a victim this time and not you.

The great thing is, he will not know how far I am prepared to go...but I can assure you the likes of CNN and your major TV stations are included around step 9.....one can only assume what is step 17....

Please cancel all card payments immediately and report him to your card providers as being a scam artist and that you want refunding - go to paypal, 2Co.com etc and let them know you mean business. I did. I told them that I was going to go to the top of their country and mine to ensure this scam artist (polite term for him really in retrospect) know that he has no doubt ripped off thousands and will continue to do so.....but as I told him via email...in our country whales turn up in the most strangest of places.

I am not just a mere fish in the sea...he has bitten off more then he can chew...and one way or another, I will ensure he is fully aware of that....please trust me, follow my 17 steps and lets unite together to close Steve Waters/Mark Hnason/World Wide Training Center/World Wide Intelligence Center down for good and see if we can obtain him a sentence looking at a dark and dismal future, as that is my objective...

The FBI call this Investment Fraud - I call this revenge and justice.....see you at the top and him at the bttom, until next time.....beware the man that can, as he normally can't :-))

I have just been scammed by him too, but PayPal are telling me that I cannot dispute a claim with them because it is an intangible product. I have filed a report also with the site, but I wanted to talk to you as you have managed to secure your refund.

Even though I have already written my report I wanted to reinforce what a loser this guy is and also ask a question to everyone he has scammed. Why hasn't he been put out of business and arrested? I can't understand why he is still operating! We must stop this low life from continuing his operations. I have still not received my refund that I have asked him for twice, but I am about to go further to get it. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!

Step 3 - - I DID GET my money back ;-)

Here is the proof that I was telling the truth and you can get refunds from 2CO.com - no matter, what Mr Water's
himself via email on Saturday 28/01/06 - states printed above.


Though I must add - it took nearly 2 hours on the telephone and 7 attempts of speaking to someone at 2CO.com tonight, they did as they promised they would.

I was "so far" able to receive the full amount I paid initially which was $395.00 and $295 to become a General - Elite may I add lol - yeah right - one of the special seven out of thousand's.

And 3 months refund of the web hosting service paid for via 2C0.com. If I can manage to do all in this in 48 hours - so can others. I would want to say at this point to you Mr Waters, if you are reading this, not only am I angry with you for what you have done to all, but I feel badly let down by you,
as I really did trust you and you made us all jump through hoops, to get ripped off - ie: "don't forget this call you are making to Steve Waters is very important" - like hell it was - that call was just to prove to you that we were the desperate ones, as you know full well, others would have click delete at that point - so you did not want to waste your time on trying the hard market - you went for us soft ones, you obviously only followed up the "good" ones, as we were sitting prey.

I also feel that I have lost a friend in America I thought I had - I feel guilty for those that may have joined
you via my site/links and in the end I feel sorry for you too - that you have no doubt become wealthy but at the expense of others - at least I do not have to resort to your tactics, but hey many thanks for my money back, cheers mate ;-)) EXCELLENT Job - as you would say.

I attach below an email I receive tonight from 'Steve Waters' and he clearly states that he has not intention of giving me a refund - sorry but I had to reply _ I could not have an email from this person without having my say.

Anyhow, just so you know, I have also 'cut and paste the email that I sent to him last night, that he classes as threatening - I would have thought from a personal perspective that him saying I had made a bad move, was more threatening by the receiver then anything I said to him.

Anyhow, I now feel that he no longer needs the 48 hrs as he has answered he has no intention of refunding me the money and I intend to progress with my chosen course of action outlined in my reply to him. I would really appreciate it, if he could stop Emailing me, as I have no intention of ever Emailing him again, as I have far better things to do with my time.

Please get back to me with your next course of action as soon as you can - I did warn you that he was the sort to threaten those that stood up to him, and true to form, he did.

Many thanks and I am very grateful for all of your help in this matter and I am very sorry that he has used 2CO.com to his advantage and not others. But I am sure you will hear much more about him, when others follow my advice to reclaim their money.

I myself have had my suspicions for a while that your site was not it cracked out to be, but my husband, god bless, really believed in you and it was me, that started it all.

I became suspicious when You asked to write a letter in reply to one you refer to as ART - you say in that letter, that he had been with you for two months and that you had just paid him out.

I have been with you for 4 months and have paid nearly 800.00 - that you knew full well, was coming from my benefits as I am unemployed and classed as disabled.

You have sent numerous emails promising money and have failed to answer numerous ones from me, asking when I would get some!

I have seen your threatening letters that you send to people saying you will sue them and claim their assets, well that is fine by me, as when you sue me, we will attend court with our legal barristers, that we do not have to pay for in this country and we will also attend with the media - I am not scared in being sued as you see, I have legal knowledge and contacts within the police of this country ( under who's laws we are governed by) and I know that we are in good standing - by the way, just want to let you know that one of the sonic files, that you processed was to the most top legal company in Germany and you just spammed them - I know sonic deletes after a few days - but not when it is saved to disk with all your emails sent promising money - and all my requests for the same.....I have blocked all your addresses now and I am about to close down this email address - that is before I go to check2com and claim an act of fraud or failing that go direct to my card company - of course, we also have found out who hosts the websites and we will be writing to them too - as well as modifying our site - which we have changed the password on - of course - but I will still follow your intructions. And ensure that I still send as many as 6,000 a day to my site, which I own and my ffa page, which was reaching 450 a day and refer them all to ripreports.com.

"Please do not send any more emails to this account or any others associate with ****** or her family - as this will result in the matter being formally reported to the Police as threatening and intimidating and any action considered viable will be taken against the sender, organisation or any employees working or associated with the world wide training center and any other organisation associate with the same.

All correspondence should be sent by mail to the address that you may hold on file and will be addressed and handed to our legal representation accordingly.

Your co-operation in this matter will be appreciated and this email has been forward to 2CO.com for their records.

From this point, I hold the right to any items or articles that I publish and they will remain my property along with the hosting name of (website details removed as per ripoffreports.com policy) - any referrals to this site and any items contained on this site will be owned by I, the author and will be deemed as copyright, from this moment onwards


Final note for today:

As you can clearly see - he says I can not have a refund - 2 checkout.com say that I can and if he does not pay it, they will.

So, don't take my word for it, or his, go to your payment provider asap and ask them to look at this great wonderful site and check that others are refunding the money and taking this seriously and so should they - otherwise they may just end up on here like Steve Waters and many, many others.

Also ensure that you send a copy of my email to him above, to stop him threatening you or intimidating you in any way or form - as per his personality trait - one would hope that he is not foolish enough to think he can get away with this or anything else he is planning - as I am sure the FBI will already be interested him in shortly along with other agencies - so any stupid act would render him to more serious charges as he may currently already face.

As you can clearly see - he says I can not have a refund - 2 checkout.com say that I can and if he does not pay it, they will.

So, don't take my word for it, or his, go to your payment provider asap and ask them to look at this great wonderful site and check that others are refunding the money and taking this seriously and so should they - otherwise they may just end up on here like Steve Waters and many, many others.

Also ensure that you send a copy of my email to him above, to stop him threatening you or intimidating you in any way or form - as per his personality trait - one would hope that he is not foolish enough to think he can get away with this or anything else he is planning - as I am sure the FBI will already be interested him in shortly along with other agencies - so any stupid act would render him to more serious charges as he may currently already face.

I attach below an email I receive tonight from 'Steve Waters' and he clearly states that he has not intention of giving me a refund - sorry but I had to reply _ I could not have an email from this person without having my say.

Anyhow, just so you know, I have also 'cut and paste the email that I sent to him last night, that he classes as threatening - I would have thought from a personal perspective that him saying I had made a bad move, was more threatening by the receiver then anything I said to him.

Anyhow, I now feel that he no longer needs the 48 hrs as he has answered he has no intention of refunding me the money and I intend to progress with my chosen course of action outlined in my reply to him. I would really appreciate it, if he could stop Emailing me, as I have no intention of ever Emailing him again, as I have far better things to do with my time.

Please get back to me with your next course of action as soon as you can - I did warn you that he was the sort to threaten those that stood up to him, and true to form, he did.

I myself have had my suspicions for a while that your site was not it cracked out to be, but my husband, god bless, really believed in you and it was me, that started it all.

I became suspicious when You asked to write a letter in reply to one you refer to as ART - you say in that letter, that he had been with you for two months and that you had just paid him out.

I have been with you for 4 months and have paid nearly 800.00 - that you knew full well, was coming from my benefits as I am unemployed and classed as disabled.

You have sent numerous emails promising money and have failed to answer numerous ones from me, asking when I would get some!

I have seen your threatening letters that you send to people saying you will sue them and claim their assets, well that is fine by me, as when you sue me, we will attend court with our legal barristers, that we do not have to pay for in this country and we will also attend with the media - I am not scared in being sued as you see, I have legal knowledge and contacts within the police of this country ( under who's laws we are governed by) and I know that we are in good standing - by the way, just want to let you know that one of the sonic files, that you processed was to the most top legal company in Germany and you just spammed them - I know sonic deletes after a few days - but not when it is saved to disk with all your emails sent promising money - and all my requests for the same.....I have blocked all your addresses now and I am about to close down this email address - that is before I go to check2com and claim an act of fraud or failing that go direct to my card company - of course, we also have found out who hosts the websites and we will be writing to them too - as well as modifying our site - which we have changed the password on - of course - but I will still follow your intructions. And ensure that I still send as many as 6,000 a day to my site, which I own and my ffa page, which was reaching 450 a day and refer them all to ripreports.com.

Fortunately I was clever enough to save all the sonic programs and files to disk - and can therefore with my own mass emailer re-write to everyone and apologise and ask them to cancel their accounts and to check out the various websites called ripoff.com etc, where others have written about you too.
