I had Rhode Island Family Court Chief Judge Jeremiah Jeremiah Jr., and on Dec 2, 2009, I was pulled into backroom chamber with my Attorney John Lynch Sr. along with my ex Donald E. Simeone, his attorney William Lynch, "The Attorney General brother Patrick Lynch" and the Guardian Ad Litem Steven A. Colantuono, to have a conference, while thats what I thought was happening, but actually it was to conduct an illegal back room divorce deal. "WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW!"ALL TRIALS ARE TO BE CONDUCTED IN OPEN COURT, OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. MY EX DONALD E. SIMEONE WAS GIVEN EVERYTHING.... THE HOUSE, TIME SHARES, BOAT, CARS, TIME SHARES, BUSINESS, BANK ACCOUNTS, IRAS, RETIREMENT, MARITAL ASSETS, MY PERSONAL ASSETS AND EVEN OUR MINOR CHILDREN- "HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN?" It's called a back room payoff, the party with the money pays and the Family Court doesn't do whats right for the family, they do whats right for their bank accounts.
