Steven Clark Fake IRS Overseas scam. Terrorize elderly with arrest if they don't give them a credit card immediately. Nationwide

202 506-8051.  It's of a foreign man who calls himself "Steven Clark", and claims to be with the I.R.S. He won't give an address or his supervisor. He doesn't like me, he blocked my calls. Have fun with the number... and tell him I "miss him." "Mr. Clark" called a friend of mine who got so upset he went to the hospital with chest pains.   So I decided to call "Mr. Clark" myself. He got so flustered, he said he was with the DRS when I asked for an address! 
I suspect he is in Pakistan from his accent, but I'm not good on accents. He does speak good English - should work for Comcast in Technical Support. I told him to get a real job.  He refuses to stop claiming he's the I.R.S. - probably because he knows no one can touch him.  Except by phone....

 

The man is cool as a cucumber.  Doesn't react to ANYTHING you say.  He knows he's untouchable and has no conscience at all.  A true sociopath.   And you get silence when you ask a simple question, or just nonsense.
