I purchased a DVD on 1/9/2006. I first contacted the seller about 10 days later on or around 1/19/2006 when it wasn't shipped to me. The seller finally acknowledged my e-mails when I threatened to file a claim against him with e-bay. His response: "your item has been sent,and I have been out of town so I could not answer your email earlier" I then responded and asked when he sent the item to which he replied that he sent it Tuesday, 1/24. He didn't send anything else until I filed a claim with PayPal. He then told me my DVD was on its way! Ha! It never came and he never responded to teh claim. He's kicked off e-bay and paypal and at least 10 people lost their money to him trying to buy DVD's. What a jerk! Enjoy the money you creep!
