Steven Delvecchio of Long Island Home Repair & Maintenance signed up with our company for a website and marketing & advertising campaign, and provided a credit card for charges. We billed exactly as Steven agreed to in writing, and he signed an agreement to pay all invoices within the scope of the work.

After a couple of months, his card stopped going through and he claimed he never authorized the payments (an easily provable lie). He has stopped returning all calls, emails, and texts. I believe he is still listed on HomeAdvisor, shockingly.

With the help of the new business owner, Sean, who has been extremely responsive and helpful, this payment issue has been fully resolved and settled in full. There is no longer a "no payment" issue. Thank you!
