Hello....

Over seven months ago, I ordered a custom made bird cage made from acrylic from Steven Frosti (aka, the Acrylicman). I am always careful with online transactions, but perhaps I should have been more careful this time around. I had done a lot of research which came up with a lot of results stating that his work was beautiful, but he takes a LONG time to ship, and has a lot of excuses but it DOES arrive....

The communication was great before he received the money, of course. After this, I was given excuse after excuse on what was going on with the cage. First it was 'shipping' or it was 'shipped'. Then it was 'I don't know what's going on, let me look into the project'. After this it was followed by 'I'm going through a big move' and then 'I'm having some personal issues'.

For seven months I was beyond patient with this man. I figured it may sooner get my my product! $300 is a lot to spend, and I couldn't bare the thought of losing it....

And now over seven months later, he ignores my phonecalls, and emails. I WAS upset, frustrated, let down....but now I am furious. Upon further research I have learned that I am not the only one....there are many more who have lost $500-$800+ on this guy. I urge you all to write about it here so that we can save other people from making the same mistake.

I don't believe I will ever see my money. Yet, somehow I am still bothered so greatly about the principle. Please stay away from this man! He is quoted as being a 'flake', a 'smooth talker' and a very good 'con artist'. People like him make me never want to trust again....I hope karma takes good care of this unprofessional low life!

Steven, I have tried every way of contacting you. Three weeks ago, you said you would 'fix this' (like every other time!) and that it would be shipped out in a week and a half. It has been three weeks since then, no contact has been made by you. My emails are ignored, and your phone number, like always, connects to an answering machine that will not allow any messages to be left for you.

If you wanted to prove that you were an honest person, perhaps you should just keep your word and DELIVER this cage to me or send my money back. You have let me know that you cannot refund because you are having 'problems' and you do not have the money to send back. I am not a loan officer nor a bank to help you get out of debt. I want that money back NOW, or that cage sent NOW, end of story!

No more fooling around. You are a grown adult....you make your bed, now you have to lay in it. You are responsible for your own actions!
