THIS SQUATTER IS ASSOCIATED WITH A RING OF REALTORS WHO HAVE VERY BAD PUBLIC RECORDS, WHO LIE ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE PROPERTIES AND WHO SUBMIT FRAUDULENT PAPERWORK TO THE BANKS ON PROPOSED SHORT SALE TRANSACTIONS WHERE STEVEN (IN CALIFORNIA) OR GEORGE (AS HE CALLS HIMSELF IN UTAH) DEFRAUDS BOTH THE LENDERS AND THE END USER BUYERS IN FLIP TRANSACTIONS. HE SEEKS OUT VACANT PRE-FORECLOSURE PROPERTIES AND MOVES INTO THEM. HE TELLS THE POLICE HE HAS PURCHASED THE HOME - YET HE HAS NOT. THEIR REALTORS TELL THE PUBLIC THAT THEY HAVE THE LISTING FROM THE BANK - YET THE PROPERTY IS NOT BANK OWNED! THEN THEY TELL THE PUBLIC THAT THEY ARE RENTING OUT THEIR LISTING ON A MONTH TO MONTH BASIS UNTIL IT SELLS. STEVE/GEORGE AND HIS BAND OF GYPSIES HAVE MOVED INTO 31202 OLD SAN JUAN ROAD UNLAWFULLY AND ARE VANDALIZING NEIGHBORS PROPERTIES. THEY ARE THROWING AND LEAVING TRASH ALL OVER THE RESIDENCE THEY ARE SQUATTING IN, TYING UP THEIR DOGS ILLEGALLY AND ALLOWING THEM TO BARK 24 HOURS A DAY. HE HAS MOVED IN NUMEROUS ADULT INDIVIDUALS AND NUMEROUS CHILDREN INTO THE PROPERTY. HIS SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER IS 551-47-3749. HE HAS NUMEROUS FRAUDULENT IDENTITIES IN 4 STATES, AND HE AND HIS DAUGHTER HAVE EXTENSIVE CRIMINAL RECORDS. BE VERY CAUTIOUS - HE IS YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE. HE IS ASSOCIATED WITH EQUALLY BAD CENTURY 21 REALTORS SANTOS LOZOYA, "EDWARD" ANTONIO CANAS, SILVESTOR A GARCIA AND DIANA AVONCELVA WITH PRO GROUP REALTY AND INVESTOR PETER HOM.
