Steven Kings Electricians are incompetent and overcharge. Coral Springs Florida

King's Electricians (KE) dispatched an electrician to my home. I told the electrician to run a line from my thermostat to my AC outside. Instead, he runs a line from my thermostat to my NEIGHBOR'S air conditioner. I eventually called another company in to replace my AC after it became clear that KE was incompetent and overcharged me. The fee for running the line was $1200. I was told that the $59 diagnostic fee (which was a ripoff itelf since it did not fix my AC) would be credited back to me. This was never done.

KE also damaged my neighbor's transformer while running the line to it. Please do not consider highering anyone from this company. I contacted Lauren in an attempt to have KE at lest remove the line that they put in but they traied to chaarge me even more money to do that and would not issue a refund despite the fact that nothing they did helped to get my AC working again. In other words, I was charged for the work but my AC was still not fixed even though I was also charged for their diagnossis of what was supposed to fix it. Please stay away from this company.
