Steven Sears, Attorney, CPA Irvine Attorney gives illegal advice and commits fraud Irvine California

I consulted in April 2009, Steven Sears regarding protecting my assets against a lawsuit. He sold me an "Asset protection Plan" & charged me $29,400. Two weeks later I got in the mail a bunch of a boiler plate companies. I called his office numerous times to ask what to do with these companies and to ask for his "Hand holding" as his sales pitch in our initial consultation promised. These companies are defective and have no value. I asked for my money back, he said it's too late.

I also found out that Steven Sears is under IRS criminal Investigation. Check the public records under Steven Sears v. United States of America.

Do Not hire this criminal..... He was also convicted with criminal charge with wife beating.
