Steven Sears cpa attorney in irvine ca set up multiple structures to protect the real estate of his clients and now has forced the creditor into bankruptcy. The creditor is now unable to collect the judgement and will probably lose everything. The judgement is valid and enforceable and would normally be easy to execute against the many real estate properties:ie shopping centers, strip malls, hotels, apartment buildings and commercial properties. There also are several single family homes that are now unavailable for attachment. This creditor is particularly angry and will now do anything to force the liquidation of these valuable assets. The methods considered are: receiverships, court orders, attachments, levys, garnishments, motions for discovery and writs of execution. None of these actions have succeeded and alot of money has been wasted in attorney fees and court costs, not to mention the the expended over 1000 hours of personal and legal.

Our legal team will now pursue new avenues :

1. state filings

2. federal filings

3. international venues

4. sister state judgement act

5. international court of justice

If these actions are not sucessful the further remedies are

1.Liens on real property

2. bank account levys

3. U.S. District Court

4. 9th circuit court of appeals

5 U.S. Supreme Court

6. Court of Claims.

Mr Steven Sear's strategies are now going to be tested in the highest courts worldwide and only time will tell if the fortress that he set up for his client will still be in existence in the future. Stay tuned because the creditor committee ( secured and unsecured) will stop at nothing to collect this debt. They are well financed from international partners and will use every tool available even personal colaboration with internet connected publicity.

the internet servers are in india and armenia and their computer skills are unmatched. they will persue a personal and public internet attack until every dollar is paid by the judgement debtor. This will result in a very uncomfortable public flogging of all involved ( on the protection side). In the past months and as you read this web based activists are joining in the campain to force the settlement on terms favorable to our group. Watch for more submissiions every day.
