Not guarantea good place place to work.. Lies and nore lies, Does not treat their employees right, Looks down on employees
Laura Sawyer keeps employees at odds with each other, Yells in front of the whole office, talks about every one to the other employees.
Pat Koballa, never follows thru with his promise,Never promotes within the dealership, some employees have been there over 20 years and still not promoted
NOT A GOOD PLACE TO WORK!!!!!!!

We need to look at the whole story here to get a true and accurate portrayal of this situation. You were hired to perform specific job functions. During the interview process, your resume clearly highlighted skills that matched our needs. That, along with other criteria, is the reason you were hired.
As time passed, it became clear that you were not capable of performing these tasks at the levels claimed on your resume and during the interview. Therefore, you resigned due to relegation of duties and are simply placing blame on us as a company.
Yes, we make business decisions that sometime involve hiring from the outside. This is commonplace amongst every company at times. We’ve had an increased volume and need an abundance of qualified employees to accomplish daily tasks.
Your comments are a complete misrepresentation of our business practices made by an disgruntled ex-employee placing blame on our business. Simply put, we hired you to perform a job at a certain level and you were not capable.
