STEVENSON AUTOMOTIVE GROUP NEGATIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR CO-WORKERS, VERBAL HARASSMENT WILMINGTON North Carolina

I am writing to inform others about the negative environment surrounding Stevenson Automotive accounting office in Wilmington. There is a controller, Laura, that is still working there even after a formal complaint had been written against her by the office staff. Mr. Stevenson, himself, has seen this complaint but has done nothing about it. What he doesn't know is the verbal abuse and the horrible work environment that his employees are still having to deal with to this very day. Laura is a very negative person with a attitude to go along with it. She talks down to people in front of everyone, and even does this with other managers. She has no problem yelling at people and even throwing things sometimes.

What Mr. Stevenson doesn't understand is that it took a lot of guts for everyone to step up, with Peggy's help, to put this formal complaint together. We were so afraid that if she found out, it would mean our jobs.....or things would just get worse than they already are.
Their solution to this problem was to give Laura her own office...for two reasons. 1) her ego 2) so she would be able to work in private and hopefully leave everyone else alone.

Unfortunately, their "solution" did not work. Mr Koballa knows exactly what is going on and hasn't been able to do anything about it either.

We have lost so many good people because of her and her attitude. Many ex-employees have described it as being "in jail". That is no way to work. What a horrible environment to be in when you are constantly being beaten down and in front of everyone.
We are still losing people because of her and no one seems to care. We have even lost a great office manager because of her. When is this going to stop???
